Product Acquisition
Orders for our healthy lifestyle products are processed based on inventory levels in our Central Makassar warehouse. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair access to our men’s vitamin complex inventory.
Logistics Bound
Shipping within Indonesia is managed via third-party logistics partners. Ownership of our natural supplements for men transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for transit delays caused by regional infrastructure or weather events.
Claims & Returns
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of natural complexes, returns are only accepted if the safety seal is intact and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Physical support products must remain in their original concrete-style brutalist packaging for verification.
